The award presentation took place at the Door County Sheriff’s department and recognized their heroic efforts in saving an individual who was trapped inside a burning vehicle. A single vehicle crash resulted in the vehicle erupting in flames and trapping an individual inside. The efforts of the three individuals, working together, saved the man without any significant injuries.
